Florida SBDC at UCF – Lake County

The Florida SBDC at UCF serves an eight-county area that includes Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter and Volusia counties. The mission of the FSBDC at UCF is to provide high-quality management advice and comprehensive business training through the collaboration of higher education and economic development organizations, contributing to Central Florida’s economic growth. The FSBDC at UCF in Lake County was established in 2009 and expanded to additional offices in 2012. We provide one-on-one consulting and training to prospective, emerging and established entrepreneurs in Lake and Sumter Counties. The FSBDC provides the necessary tools to its entrepreneurs through Certified Business Consultants who help develop business plans, marketing plans, feasibility studies, market research, loan proposals and strategic plans.
