The Florida SBDC at the University of Central Florida (FSBDC at UCF), in partnership with Sumter County Office Economic Development, has established a sub-center in Sumter County to help local businesses grow and succeed. The center is housed in The Villages Sumter County Service Center.

• Consulting | confidential no-cost consulting sessions with professional business consultants from the Florida SBDC at UCF – Sumter County. Consulting services include Business Planning, Financial Management, Access to Capital, Marketing, Government Contracting, and more.
• Training | Educational events provides current and practical information on a wide range of business topics ranging from the basics to advanced business management skills. Topics include Start-Up Assistance, Digital Marketing and Government Contracting.
• Business Research | With our connection to the Florida SBDC Network and the University of Central Florida, we have access to high-cost databases and business research resources, as well as experts who can interpret and implement this information effectively.
