CEO XChange for Manufacturers is an executive roundtable program serving progressive chief executives and business owners in Central Florida. Designed specifically for second-stage manufacturing companies, CEO XChange for Manufacturers offers a confidential setting for top executives to discuss vital business issues, opportunities, and trends with a group of peers.

Originated by the FSBDC at UCF in 2010, the CEO XChange program was developed based on industry and university research demonstrating that peer group coaching helps entrepreneurs and business owners build critical skills. In 2013 and 2025, CEO XChange was recognized with the Florida Innovative Service and Best Practice Award by the statewide Florida SBDC Network.

How It Works

A select group of top executives from non-competing manufacturers forms the CEO XChange for Manufacturers group. Under the guidance of a trained facilitator, the group meets for two and a half hours over breakfast at least ten times per calendar year.

The FSBDC at UCF is now accepting client applications for the program. Interested CEOs and business owners must meet the following criteria:

• Must be the owner, chief executive officer, president or top-level officer of the company.
• Company has generated over $1 million in annual sales revenue and 5 or more employees.
• Company has a goal of growth.
• Willingness to consistently attend meetings participate in the program for one year.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to listen, learn and network.

A non-refundable administrative fee is due upon acceptance into the program. This fee also covers the cost of breakfast/lunch meetings.
